The 2003 Sowers Symposium was held on Tuesday 20 May, 2003 at the Georgia Center for Advanced Telecomunications Technology (GCATT). Invited lectures were given by Dr. Steve Wright of University of Texas at Austin and Dr. Allen Marr, CEO of Geocomp Corporation. The 6th Sowers Lecture was delivered by Professor John Burland of Imperial College of London.
